Here’s how we’ll help:

• We’ll liaise with insurers about your claim
• If your vehicle isn't repairable after assessment, you’ll be entitled to your replacement vehicle for up to seven days after you’ve received your insurer’s settlement for the value of your vehicle
• If your vehicle is repairable, we will arrange the repair
• While your vehicle is being repaired, we'll keep you mobile in a comparable vehicle to your own
• We’ll make sure you’re back in your own vehicle as soon as possible

We arrange repairs through our extensive UK repairer network, and you will have no insurance excess to pay. All repairs are guaranteed for five years.

Our primary aim is to make sure you’re back in your own vehicle as soon as possible. And in the meantime we’ll make sure you're mobile with a vehicle that suits you. So if you need a vehicle with space for children, tools for your work, etc – we’ll provide you with transport to meet your individual requirements.
